By using Stenamo Market or Stenamo Book, you agree to these terms. The services are provided by Stenamo Digital Services, a business name registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (Business Name Registration No. 9959105), registered address 23, Igwe Menekaya, Umunya, Anambra State, Nigeria, operated by Peter Okafor ("Stenamo", "we").
Stenamo Book was formerly Mon Partenaire Dozie, and Stenamo Market was formerly Partenaire Dozie. These terms continue to apply to the same services under their new names.
Buyers place orders with independent shops through Stenamo Market and pay online through our payment partner, Flutterwave. Payments are held in escrow and released to the shop after the buyer has collected the order and confirmed it, as described in our Refund & Dispute Policy. Stenamo Market has no delivery service; see Collection & Delivery. Prices are shown in the local currency of the shop (FCFA in Cameroon, Naira in Nigeria).
Shops pay for a Stenamo Book plan in advance, for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, at the prices on our Pricing page. Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Cancellation and refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Shops are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for having orders ready for collection. Buyers are responsible for providing correct contact details and for collecting their orders. You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes.
We work to keep the service reliable and secure but provide it on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
