This policy explains what information Stenamo Digital Services collects through Stenamo Market and Stenamo Book, and how we use it.
To provide the service we collect the information you give us — such as your name, phone number, email address, and the details of the orders you place. Shops provide their business and product information.
Online payments are processed by our payment partner, Flutterwave. Your card and payment-account details are entered on their secure systems and are not stored by Stenamo Digital Services. We receive only confirmation of whether a payment succeeded and the reference needed to manage your order.
We use your information to process orders and subscriptions, handle payments and refunds, provide customer support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.
